Nail polish

Nail polish audit – The Twelve:28

I wore and evaluated these twelve polishes from February to late April. Two each by Pahlish, Darling Diva and China Glaze and one each by L’oréal, Femme Fatale, ILNP, Cirque, Deborah Lippmann and Indigo Bananas.

Hell yes!

Deborah Lippmann – Ruby Red Slippers
Indigo Bananas – The Secret to Life
Darling Diva – Nightbird
China Glaze – Jungle Queen
ILNP – Bishop
Pahlish – Armor Falling Down
Cirque – Lullaby
Femme Fatale – Emeralda

Maybe

Darling Diva – Mach 1

This glitter polish would probably look better on top of a black polish (instead of red as I did here) but that is not the possible breaking point for this polish. It is the fact that I seldom wear glitter polish nowadays. So it can stay a ‘maybe’ for now since it is in excellent condition.

Pahlish – Cross My Hearts

When I am looking at this picture I am wondering why I put this polish in the maybe pile. But I do think the picture just shows the colour as slightly darker than reality and that makes it more appealing to me. Its a pretty polish but clearly not an easy keeper otherwise I would have put it in the ‘hell yes’ category.

Hell no!

L’oréal – Scarlet Vamp (404)

Scarlet Vamp was a lovely red polish and I have basically used it all up. That is the only reason I am getting rid of it.

Cabin Fever is very beautiful but just not for me. But I know of a person that this will look great on and I will pass it on to her.

So to conclude this round of The Twelve I ended up with eight keepers, two maybes and two hell noes.

Thank you for reading!
